New Student & Freshman Admission Process for Fall 2012
The deadline for the 3-step application process below is March 9th. Afterward, students are subject to a space available basis. Before beginning, review the important admissions dates and financial aid, scholarship and grants information.

Step 1 – Admissions
- Complete the Mt. Carmel Private Application
- Send us either your Archdiocese information release form from your Catholic Elementary School or your middle school transcript if you attend a public or independent school.
- Complete the Archdiocese High School Placement Test offered December 3, 2011.
- Call 410-238-1163 to schedule an on-campus interview
- Schedule a Shadow Day and spend a day at Mt. Carmel with a current freshmen or sophomore as your guide
- Complete the Financial Aid Form (optional). Please note: Financial aid awards are only offered to applicants who have completed the admission process.
Step 2 – Registration
After receiving your acceptance letter, do the following:

Complete these required forms:
- Registration Form
- Record Release Form
- Talent Agreement form
- Enrollment agreement
- Families must also complete on-line registration with FACTS Management to enroll and set up their tuition account.
- Course Selection (please contact the admissions office for this form)
- Complete these optional forms:
- Submit Immunization Records

Attend registration night, March 7, 2012 6:30-8:30pm, or schedule an appointment to return your registration forms (below) with your $500.00 non-refundable registration fee.
Step 3 – Enrollment
Before beginning classes, do the following:
- Complete the Math Placement Test in the Spring
- Complete and return medical form
- Complete and return dental form
- Attend Freshmen Orientation in July 2012
