All students are required to gain an appreciation for the arts by taking required electives in art, music, or dance during their freshmen and sophomore years. Additional electives for those with increased interest and talent are available in the upper grades as well.

For students who have an interest in acting, singing, or dance, participation in Mt. Carmel Players, an intergenerational theater group, is encouraged. The yearly musical production of this group provides live performance experience as well as an opportunity for those behind the scenes who work with sets, sound, and lighting to develop their skills.
