| The Parish Bookkeeper is responsible for handling the financial records of the parish, writing checks, maintaining the records on the computer and periodically publishing the current status of those financial records in comparison with the parish's budget. |

| The Physical Plant Engineers are full-time employees of the parish, responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all buildings and properties, ordinary repairs, grounds keeping, carpentry, electrical work, etc. They are also responsible for a number of part-time and summer assistants. |
