Early Learning Student Performance
From the youngest of 2s to the independent 3 year old, students are immersed in a rich educational program that appeals to their natural enthusiasm and curiosity. Students learn and practice the social skills needed to make and keep friends, the physical skills needed to remain active and healthy, and form a foundation of spirituality, good character, and faith in the Catholic Tradition.
Lower School Student Performance
Our pre-kindergarten through Grade 5 students are provided with an opportunity to develop spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, socially, and physically within a nurturing and loving environment at Our Lady of Mount Carmel. Through our academic curriculum and extracurricular enrichment programs are provided many opportunities to explore their talents in many ways.
Middle School Student Performance
Our Middle School students are taught to excel in a challenging academic environment which is reflected in our Standardized Test Scores. Through our commitment to academic excellence, and our various extracurricular enrichment programs students are provided many opportunities to explore their talents and develop a commitment to lifelong learning.
High School Student Performance
While enrolled at Our Lady of Mount Carmel high school students are taught using a cross curricular approach that prepares students to be independent, life-long learners. It is through this approach that the graduating class of 2019 was awarded $7,352,000 in scholarships and financial aid packages, and were accepted into 83 colleges and universities throughout the United States.
Standardized test scores are not the only measure of a school’s quality. These tests are designed to assess an individual student’s performance compared to all students nationally. They do not compare a school’s quality to other schools. Many other factors should affect your decision about which school your child should attend, including educational philosophy, curriculum quality, teacher credentials, class size, location, cost, availability of resources, discipline policy, opportunities for parental involvement, and communications.
